This well engineered cold frame provides 16sq ft growing space. The unit has a 1’5” (43cm) wide top combined with front and back roof panels sloping down to 8” (20cm) high edge panels.
Glazing- Almost clear, 4mm thick double-skinned polycarbonate. Virtually unbreakable, this safe, shatterproof glazing is U/V stabalised and has a life expectency of approximately 10 years.
The air gap formed by the two layers of polycarbonate sandwiched together gives effective insulation properties, helping to keep plants warm in the winter, cool in the summer. |
