Powder-coating
Colour process is carried out by relevant manufacturer ensuting continuity of guarantee. Full deposit refund guarantee. If you wish to cancel your order & it's not bespoke, provided we receive at least 14 days notice prior to delivery we will refund your deposit.
Returns service guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us unused and in its original packing and we will refund the total amount paid including deposit less any collection charge.
Deferred delivery policy
Orders will be accepted for any product featured in this brochure, and at the request of the customer, delivery held for up to 6 months, thus securing prevailing prices. This service is of particular benefit to anyone planning a garden feature or in the process of moving house.
Installation Service
We offer a full nationwide installation service using our own installers in many areas. In other areas we supply details of established approved installers. Prices shown on this site are a guide only and should be confirmed when ordering.
